You might have wondered about including disabled people in your company’s research and usability testing. Maybe it feels overwhelming or you aren’t sure how to get started but it’s important to include a wide range of people in your research and content testing in order to ensure accessibility. It also saves time and money because it’s much easier to change things early on in your workflow
